What should I include?
Your clinic name, the number of doctors and locations, and how patients book today. For a problem, include the steps you took, what happened and the date and time. A clinic web address also helps.
When can I reach you?
We aim to reply to inquiries within 24 hours. Staffed support hours are still being confirmed. Please call for urgent booking issues; use email for everything else.
What should I leave out?
