Every Treatlly clinic has a booking page on its own website. Patients open it in the phone browser, verify their number with an SMS OTP, choose a doctor and a time, pay by UPI and get a receipt. No app required.

The white-label patient app is published under your clinic’s name and logo, not Treatlly’s. Patients install your app, see your doctors and book with you. An add-on at ₹2,499 a month.

Push notifications and SMS
Booking confirmations, reschedules and cancellations go out by SMS on DLT-registered templates. Patients who use the clinic’s app also get push notifications; the app opens on tap to the right screen.
One number, the whole family
A patient books for themselves or for a family member from the same mobile number. Each person has their own record and visit history.
Follow-ups and reschedules, from the patient’s side
A returning patient sees the follow-up option when one is due. Patients can reschedule or cancel within the rules the clinic sets, with any fee shown first.

For doctors
See today’s list in arrival order, the new-vs-follow-up mix and who has checked in. Push the whole queue by 30 minutes when you are held up — every waiting patient is told by SMS. Join video consultations from the phone.
For reception
Check patients in with a token number, book walk-ins at the counter into the seats kept for them, handle a holiday or a doctor’s absence with the rescheduling options the clinic has set, and see the day across branches a receptionist is allowed to see.
The staff app is included with every plan. The full clinic dashboard — schedules, slot rules, prescriptions, payments, reports — runs in a browser on any computer or phone.
Is a branded patient app worth it?
Start with the booking website: it is included, needs no install, and patients who book once by SMS OTP come back the same way. Add the branded app when patients ask for it, when you want push notifications instead of SMS alone, or when the clinic’s name on a phone’s home screen matters to you. Treatlly builds, publishes and updates the app under your name; store review times are outside anyone’s control, so allow a few weeks from switching the add-on on.
