ONLINE CONSULTATION SOFTWARE

See patients on video.
From the same booking.

Patients book and pay online and join from an SMS link.
You join from the dashboard or the staff app.

14-day trial · No credit card

Booked and paid before the call

A video consultation is booked on your clinic’s own website or app like any other visit, and paid by UPI, card or net-banking at booking. No unpaid calls, no chasing fees afterwards.

A link by SMS, a reminder before the call

The patient gets the join link by SMS when the booking is confirmed and a reminder 15 minutes before the slot. They join from the phone browser — nothing to install.

The prescription pad beside the call

The doctor joins from the clinic dashboard or the Treatlly staff app and writes the prescription during the consultation, on the same letterhead and with the same templates as an in-clinic visit.

Video visits stay out of the in-clinic queue

Online consultations do not take a token or a counter seat. The clinic’s physical queue keeps running while the doctor takes a video visit from the slot set aside for it.

You choose which sittings take video

Mark the slot rules that accept video visits — an evening video hour, a specific day, or none for a doctor who prefers to see every patient in person.

A flat ₹599 a month, not a fee per call

The video consultation add-on is a fixed monthly price on any plan. Treatlly takes no share of the consultation fee, online or in the clinic.

What is online consultation software?

Online consultation software — also called telemedicine, teleconsultation or video consultation software — lets a doctor see a patient over video instead of in the room, with the booking, payment, prescription and record handled around the call. For a clinic the important question is whether the online visit lives inside the same system as the in-clinic day, or in a separate app that the patient belongs to rather than the clinic.

Treatlly’s video consultations are an add-on to the clinic’s own Treatlly workspace: the patient books on the clinic’s page, pays the clinic’s fee, appears in the clinic’s records, and the prescription carries the clinic’s letterhead. The patient remains the clinic’s patient.

How a video consultation works on Treatlly

  • ✓Switch it on from Billing → View plans and choose which slot rules take video visits.
  • ✓The patient books a video slot on your website or app, verifies their number with an SMS OTP and pays online. The booking is confirmed when the payment succeeds.
  • ✓They get the link by SMS, and a reminder 15 minutes before the slot.
  • ✓The doctor joins from the dashboard or the staff app, with the patient’s record and the prescription pad beside the call.
  • ✓The prescription is signed during or after the call and saved to the patient’s record like any other visit.
  • ✓The visit completes when the call ends, and the payment shows in the clinic’s collections and settlements like every other fee.

Telemedicine in India: a few things to keep in mind

India’s Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020) set out how a registered medical practitioner may consult remotely. The doctor decides, case by case, whether a video consultation is appropriate or the patient needs to come in; the software does not make that judgement. Treatlly gives the clinic the booking, payment, record and prescription around the call, and leaves the clinical decisions where they belong.

Patient data from online consultations is stored in India with the rest of the clinic’s records, aligned with the DPDP Act, 2023.

Frequently asked questions

Do patients need to install an app for a video consultation?+

No. They book from the clinic’s website or app and join the call from the link in their SMS, in the phone’s browser. A branded patient app is optional.

What does the patient pay for an online consultation?+

The fee the clinic sets for that slot rule, paid at booking by UPI, card or net-banking. Treatlly takes no share of it; the gateway’s processing charge is separate and can be shown as a convenience fee.

Can one doctor see patients both in the clinic and on video?+

Yes. Mark which sittings take video visits and keep the rest in person. Video visits stay out of the in-clinic token queue, and both kinds of visit share the same patient record and prescription pad.

What if the patient does not join?+

A video visit that never starts is handled like any other appointment from the dashboard — rescheduled, or marked as a no-show — under the clinic’s own cancellation and refund rules.

Which plan do I need?+

Any plan. Video consultations are a ₹599/month add-on switched on from Billing → View plans. Writing prescriptions during the call uses the Digital Prescriptions add-on.

Is this a doctor marketplace?+

No. Treatlly does not list your clinic beside other doctors or route patients to you. Patients find your own website or app, book with you, and stay your patients.
