Sittings, not just opening hours
Describe each doctor’s week as sittings — a morning OPD, an evening OPD, different days, different fees — and Treatlly generates the bookable slots forward from that rule. Change the rule and future slots change with it; booked patients are left alone.
Online seats and counter seats, kept apart
Every sitting has an online quota and a walk-in quota. Online bookings can never use the counter’s seats, so reception always has room for the patient who simply turns up.

Decide when online booking closes for the day. After that, the remaining seats belong to the counter.

What is OPD management software?
OPD stands for outpatient department — the part of a clinic or hospital where patients are seen and sent home the same day. OPD management software organises that flow: who is booked, who walked in, who is next, what was paid and what the doctor wrote. In India an OPD has its own realities — a crowd at the counter before the shutters open, patients who book for a parent or a child, fees paid by UPI, and a doctor who is sometimes called away — and software that only shows a calendar does not survive them.
Treatlly is OPD management software built around those realities. It is for clinics, polyclinics and the outpatient side of small hospitals in India. It does not run inpatient wards, operation theatres, pharmacy or lab — it keeps the OPD calm.
How an OPD day runs on Treatlly

- ✓At the counter: online bookings arrive already paid. Walk-ins are booked into the counter seats from the same calendar. Check-in gives each patient a token.

OPD fees and payments
Online bookings are paid at booking by UPI, card or net-banking through a licensed Indian gateway (Razorpay or Cashfree) that Treatlly sets up for you, and the booking is confirmed only when the payment succeeds. The money settles to the clinic’s own bank account. Any convenience fee and its GST are shown to the patient before paying, and the receipt is a PDF on the clinic’s letterhead.
Treatlly charges the clinic a flat monthly subscription. It takes no share of the consultation fee and no charge per booking, online or at the counter. The gateway’s own processing charge is separate; the clinic can absorb it or recover it as the convenience fee.

What does OPD software do that a diary or a booking app does not?+
It handles what happens around the booking: walk-ins alongside online patients, a token queue in arrival order, a doctor who runs late, a holiday that moves a whole day, follow-ups with their own rules, and fees collected before the visit. Treatlly does these as rules you set once, not as daily manual work.
Can online bookings take all the seats in a sitting?+
No. Each sitting has an online quota and a counter quota, and online bookings can never use the counter seats. A same-day cut-off time closes online booking when you want it closed.
Does the token queue need a display board or extra hardware?+
No. Clinic Flow runs in the clinic dashboard and the Treatlly staff app. Reception checks patients in on a phone or a computer; the doctor sees the list in arrival order. Clinic Flow is switched on by Treatlly on request.
What happens on a holiday or when the doctor cannot come?+
Mark the holiday and the patients booked on it are rescheduled with an SMS, rather than dropped. A doctor who is merely late pushes the queue by 30 minutes from the staff app, and everyone waiting is told.
Does Treatlly handle IPD, pharmacy or lab?+
No. Treatlly is OPD software. Inpatient wards, operation theatres, pharmacy counters and laboratory management need a hospital information system.
Can several doctors share one OPD?+
Yes. Every doctor has their own sittings, fees and seat limits. The Pro plan includes four doctors at one location, and more doctors or locations can be added to any plan.
