Do you take a cut of patient payments?
No. We never charge a per-patient or per-appointment commission. Patient payments settle directly to your registered bank account or UPI via Razorpay’s standard timeline.
Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes — no credit card required. You get the full Growth plan during the trial, including multi-location, custom domain, and accountant dashboard. Switch plans or cancel anytime before day 14.
What happens if I exceed my appointment quota?
Nothing breaks. Each appointment above your monthly quota is billed at ₹1 (online or counter). You can also bump your quota or upgrade your plan from your billing page in seconds.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated and take effect immediately, with no downtime or migration.
Is annual billing really 20% off?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20% on every plan and add-on — that’s about 2.4 months free per year. Refundable in the first billing cycle in many cases (see our refund policy).
Where is patient data stored?
All personal and health data is stored on servers within India, aligned with the IT Act 2000 / SPDI Rules and the DPDP Act 2023. You’re the data fiduciary; we’re the processor.
